This brace is just amazing. I have non-diagnosed soft tissue issues in my upper right hamstring and inner groin area. It's very difficult to walk and I hike daily. Decided to look for a brace for it, and decided on this one after reading the reviews. From the first time I put it on, the pain was significantly decreased. I can walk up hills facing the hill, rather than going up backwards, due to this brace. Even better than the brace is the company and its customer service. My brace came apart at the seam between the waist part and the leg part after the first wearing. I wrote to the company and asked if I would be voiding the guarantee by trying to fix it myself first. I got an immediate reply...I could go ahead and fix it if I wanted to, but they were putting a new one in the mail immediately with no need to return the defective brace! I'd seen their comments to others who have had issues, but even so, this kind of customer service is just amazing these days. The quality of the workmanship and materials is very high. My biggest problem is making sure to get it situated correctly, which for me, is very high on my inner groin (female here), and getting the tension just right. An added bonus is that the waist wrap provides lower back support.

This was exactly what I was looking for. I already have an SI joint belt without the thigh attachment. Although the more simple brace is helpful, I find this brace to be even better. This brace helps to stabilize my SI joint, helps with the nerve pain in my thigh, and also helps with hamstring pain. I also like that it may be worn on either side, as some of the braces are right/left specific. I am very thankful I found this. It’s also very easy to clean, pack, and maintains its hold while wearing. I rarely have to reposition it. Thank you so much for this product.

I ordered a hip and groin brace from Zenkeyz in the hopes of getting some pain relief for what I assume is arthritis in the hip.I received the brace promptly, and the brace itself was of excellent quality. Very sturdy and comfortable. I was very impressed with the quality, and put it on immediately. Unfortunately, as sturdy and comfortable as the brace was, it did not relieve my particular pain.Zenkeyz sent follow up email to get my opinion on the brace, and when I informed them of the situation, they responded by refunding my payment, and allowing me to keep the brace. I found this very thoughtful and considerate.Customer service like this is rare these days, and I couldn't be more appreciative!I will continue to watch this great company, and perhaps I will be able to buy from them again, with better results! I highly recommend this great small company!

I bought this support because I am a soccer referee and with a bad groin strain, I needed some kind of support. It does rap around your leg nicely, but my sprain is in my right leg. I had major problems with adjusting this support because all the straps were behind the leg and my waist. During the game that I was working, it kept sliding down my leg. If it was my left leg, where the adjustment straps were in front, maybe I wouldn't of have this problem.

My husband has had the worst pain for the last few years in his lower back shooting all the way down his leg. The doctors wanted to do pain injections and give him a bunch of pain pills... I went out on a limb purchasing this after reading all the encouraging reviews and to my surprise it actually works!!! My husband is a new man he has been getting so much stuff around the house done that his pain was keeping him from doing, so much so that he told me to order a backup one in case something happened to this one!!! It really works guys we found an all natural cure for his pain in this brace and we both couldn't be happier!!! I just want to say my husband is a huge skeptic and never thought he would be able to escape this sort of pain without the regular use of pain medication!!!!

I had really high hopes for this brace since I have hip and groin issues. The product states that it's for both left and right side Unfortunately it sits awkwardly on the right side. For starters the velcro ends up sitting behind you making it difficult to tighten correctly. Even then when you do manage to get it tighten enough there is a big gap between your waist the brace so it doesn't form to your body as it would on your left side. All in all its a good brace to have if your pains or issues are on your left side as it will fit more comfortably.
