I have used Waterpik® both battery and rechargeable; they are good but AAU Flosser is my favorite.WHY?*Price*350ML water capacity*Easier to fill with water*5 Modes*More tips*Best Customer Service to stand behind their product = On 7/5/2023, I contacted the customer service( [email protected] ) because one of the four little plastic hinge to the filler door broke off. It is still usable because of the O-Ring was holding the flap securely. It was inconvenient each time filling water. The small piece wants to slip away from my hand while I was holding it and filling it. So I contacted the customer service and they agreed to send me a brand new water tank. This is a really nice hydro flosser. I had purchased another brand in the same price range, but that unit stopped working after about 2 weeks. After returning that unit, I purchased this one instead.What I like: The modes are explained in the booklet along with PSI, so you know the difference in strength for all the modes and you can choose accordingly. Since I had used the previous flosser for a couple weeks, I tried the Pulse mode first. It's a bit more powerful setting than I was using previously, but it is very tolerable. My teeth feel really clean and my gums get a nice workout.The power and the mode buttons are on the front of the unit, so you have to take a bit of care not to change the mode inadvertently while using the unit. The good news is, for the most part, the mode changes to a lower power setting (except for going from Soft to Pulse which is a higher setting) if you do happen to hit the mode button while in use.I use the hydro flosser while bent over the sink and keep my mouth almost closed which limits the amount of water that splashes around. The tank is large enough to do two complete passes over all my teeth, front and back, before the water runs out. I put a bit of hydrogen peroxide in the tank with the water.If you send the seller an email with your Amazon order # within 7 days of purchase, you will get a 3 year warranty. That's pretty great given the fact that I don't think this unit will last 3 years :)What I don't like about it: The opening to fill the water tank is pretty small. There is no way to get all the water out of the tank. It will not drain out of the opening, and if you take the tank off, there is a lip all the way around the top of the tank which prevents you from pouring the water out of the tank that way. I have to stick a paper towel or the corner of the hand towel into the tank to soak up the remaining water in the tank before putting it back on, leaving the fill door open, and storing the unit between uses.It comes with the USB cable but no charging unit.All in all, I'm happy with the product and my teeth look and feel amazing.

My old Water Pick died a few years ago. This is so much better. It is a bit larger than we expected but still easy to hold and use over the sink (and without a water hose!) The "pulse" setting is significantly stronger than my old Water Pick, even a little too strong for my delicate gums, but other settings give me a good choice for any state of my gums. It's quicker than brushing and so a great way to get the food out after eating.The fill hole plug sometimes is too hard to open but the tank itself unscrews easily so half the time I fill it that way.It is hard to drain completely, as another reviewer pointed out, but running a little hydrogen peroxide through it will kill anything that starts growing, so you don't really need to dry it out completely.It came with a card that has a QR code to scan to get the 3-year warranty. The QR code will make an email pop up that asks for your Amazon order number, so have it ready when you do that.Overall, a great purchase.

I just received my irrigator, charged it, and used it for the first time. First, the packaging is stellar. It's like you bought the gizmo from Nordstroms or Saks. Second, I don't see any obvious manufacturing short-comings or deficiencies. The water tank fits tightly; the buttons have a Toyota-like precision. "Made In China" does not mean this gizmo is cheap tho I can't speak to the longevity of the device. I've used Waterpik irrigators many times, and this irrigator is far more quiet, tho I was using the "Child" setting. Beyond Child, I may try the "Soft" setting, possibly the "Pulse." Speaking of water tank, I'm glad I got the 350ml tank; the liquid disperses rapidly tho it is enough to do a whole mouth for maybe a minute or so. Included in the box is a card inviting you to send your Amazon Order # to their email and register for Free 3-Year Warranty and 10% off next order. This is an easy 5-star rating as long as it lasts 18 months or longer. It's from China but has the look and feel of top-tier USA Made. If it dies prematurely, I'll note it here.
