I knew it was going to be sweet by the "over flour" and the other reviews, but I didn't know if I would like that. It's actually really good and would order again.

Rather leather shoelacey texture and it's a good thing the listing warns about taking care with fragile teeth. Once you've chewed it up it's reasonably edible, but there's really very little seasoning involved. Don't think I care to bother trying it with mayo or Sriracha type sauce as suggested, these would seem to serve as distractions rather than improvements.No nutrition information in English on the packaging and none on the listing, but it definitely seems to have squid for protein, sugar, and salt. The rest is a mystery.If you're angry or having a bad day you might take out some of what's bothering you with a bite or few of this stuff. Eventually the strain or pain of chewing it might snap you out of your funk so you can do something more productive.

They were so hard you could not eat it. They were awful.!

If you do not like the smell of seafood, this one isn't for you. I thought that the squid would have a fishy flavor to it as it smelled nothing but fish, but it tasted very sweet, which threw me off. I couldn't taste nothing but pure sweetness. Maybe it was because I ate them by themself and not with any sauce? Who knows, but it was very unsatisfying.

It has almost no taste
