I needed readers after cataract surgery. These are perfect for people who are struggling with readers for the first time. The shape makes it possible to easily look over the tops to see distances. They are even nice looking and of good quality. My only complaint is that they are crooked, but I think that can easily be adjusted.

I was so happy to receive these classic reading glasses! As I have aged my eyesight has changed regularly. I can afford to keep up with my reading changes with these glasses.I love the three different color of glasses, the cloth, the handy cases and the little lanyard you receive as extras.The quality of these glasses are superb. The sturdy plastic, clear glass and spring loaded sides make for a perfect reading glass at a great price!

Pro: They are light weight and small enough to peek over while doing activities that require me to focus near and far.Also they don’t have a yellow tint for blocking blue light.Con: They don’t feel very sturdy.

Good glasses! Quality is wonderful, they last so much longer then anything I buy in stores for twice the amount. Will buy again when I lose my last pair. They did not break, I have lost them (or they grew legs) worth every dime! If you want half moon specs these are it!

It happened after a year on 3rd Shift. I held up something to my face to read the small print, and my eyes wouldn't focus. I'm going to sue the opthalmologist that said, 55 years ago, "This boy will never need glasses."No one was really elated about having to work 3rd Shift.Regarding reading glasses, I'm looking for glasses I can put at the top of the bridge of my nose, the way glass are supposed to be worn, instead of lowering the bridge to the tip of my nose so it starts pinching and cutting off my oxygen supply, a little at a time so I don't notice, until I realize that I'm slowly suffocating. I'd like a pair of glasses that I can put on my nose, normally, all the way to the top of my nose, and the glasses will be positioned at a low level for reading, leaving most of the visual field above the glasses clear for distance.These are not those glasses. You put on these glasses, normally, all the way to the top of your nose and the half-sized glasses still cover the whole visual field.I'm using them now with my allegedly smart phone. They're light, comfortable, seem to be sturdy. Comfortable enough to fall asleep with them in bed, even if I'm a side-sleeper. It's a bad habit, but these glasses are good for that.2.75 used to be powerful enough for my allegedly smart phone. Now I'm up to 3.0, and it is good again.
