I really enjoyed reading/listening this book, as I ended up falling in love with Luca and Jeanne. What a couple!!First we have the exhibitionist, the domineering, commanding persona of the Cosa Nostra's capo, in one corner and in the other is the sweet, chilled, calm jazz dancer and actress, who sees the world in an innocent way, thrown together. What could possibly go wrong.He swears like....Well like a MafiosoShe doesn't swear.....just like the nuns taught her in Catholic school.He loves to use blindfolds and whips, spanks, while bound and then has sex with his women where everyone can see him!!She's as vanilla as they come and has never had oral sex to date!!And never the twain should meet!!Except thanks to Freddie, they DO meet and all so they'll do the deed many, many times as he records them.....hmmm. Can anyone see where this might all go?!?! Who here thinks Freddie is going to get what Freddie wants?? Anyone?? Nope?? Me neither 🙈🙈🙄🙄This book is funny and gritty, more so than any of the others so far and is definitely my favourite.And adding to the experience are two of my favourite narrators, Aaron Shedlock and C. J. Bloom!!They both have a great range in voices and accents and really bring the characters on page alive.However, this is the first time that C. J failed with one!! The "accent" she did for Freddie was all wrong. I know that she was attempting a cockney accent and having lived in Essex for the last twenty years, I've met and are friends with several people who were originally from East London and none have ever sound like that. She just went a little too far as it became unbelievable and a little annoying and insulting.But other than that the performances where fantastic.As for recommending I'd say that would be a yes on both audio and book. 👍😉

Wow what a rollercoaster of a book, lots of twists and turns great storyline and characters, sexy alpha bad men who will do anything for their family and their women

L Steele gives us such an awesome book as the next installment in the Sovrano Mafia series. Luca and Jeanne's story is lovingly crafted with complex characters and plot twists that keep you guessing and turning pages throughout. Steamy with a massive side of obsession made this a fast favourite for me. Trigger warning shouldn't be ignored, but I highly recommend this book! Don't miss out!

All of the books in this series have been compulsive reading,you can’t wait for the next one excellently written and completely engrossing Mafia Obsession was fantastic the way the characters from previous books are included makes it familiar.Hopefully there is another one to come can’t recommend highly enough.

Without giving the storyline away, I shed a tear over Luca. Must be hormonal or something!I'm glad however that the ending was positive.Enjoy reading the series. Can't recommend enough

Book was very fast paced. Writing is very choppy but I did enjoy. Not the best work by this author tho hence 3 stars. Insta love was just too unbelievable although I admit they did work well together. Plot was good and not something I saw coming until near the end. Not too sure about the whole period scenes in this book made me feel quite sick if I’m honest. Overall book was okay just not the best mafia romance I’ve ever read. I’ve not any others in this series and I’m not in a rush to either. Picked this up from a tiktok recommendation and enjoyed it enough

I did like this book and the story, the only thing I didn't like and that's why I didn't give it a full five stars is the fact when Jeanne was on her period Luca did oral on her so I had to skipThose parts, otherwise a good book

This writer's stories are quite far fetched but interesting. The sex is so c.f.unreal though. I had to skip over a lot of the pages as I was not happy to read such explanations of the various sex scenes. A pity her writing involves such rude and explicit scenes all the way through. This is Obvious why her books sell so well.
