Great for freezing meat.
I do a lot of repackaging food products after shopping at the large box stores. I’ve always had trouble with parchment, particularly packaging meats, and freezing. They stick together horribly. I decided to try these and have used about 200 so far and I love the way that the meats do not stick to it after freezing and thawing out. I will buy more.

Perfect for wrapping meat
These were very easy to use. The next one used popped right up. Once the meat was frozen, it was super easy to pull apart because of these sheets.

Smaller then expected.
These sheets aren’t big enough to wrap a 4 oz piece of meat or ground meat. I had to use two. I thought for sure 6 X 11 was large enough but nope. I am making it work but I will keep an eye out for larger sheets. They protected the meat while in the freezer so they work just fine. Just smaller than I thought.I guess these are intended to be placed between instead of around servings.
