The Nietra drill guide is solidly built. I like the engraved guidelines. It worked best for me using a new pocket hole drill bit.

Bought the product to help drill perpendicular 3/16 inch holes in wood. First impressions of the product are good -- hefty metal, clear markings, looks solid.However, the guide for the 3/16 inch screw is a bit oversized, and allows the bit to wiggle several degrees off-vertical. For my application, this is too much.In process of returning. Will create my own drill guide using a scrap piece of hardwood and my drill press.Product has a reasonable price and will work fine for those who don't need perfectly perpendicular holes.

Neitra, you guys have awesome customer communications, I find your interest in the order sincere and respectful to the buyer. product arrived shipped very well. and altough the outer amazon packaging was worn out, the netira box proved to be sturdy enough to show wear at all.the jig itself is rock solid, looks very well machined with no sharp edges or roughed out burr any where.sits flush nicely and level, and provides plenty options for drilling.i found that this allows you to run the dual long 45 dowel method such as with massca's specialized jig which costs about the same, but can only do 45 deg.I will update if anything changes but for now, this is a SOLID 5/5 for both the product and customer support.

Most people probably ordered this jig to install cable railing, but it certainly has more applications. In my case, I got this jig for a special wall cabinet setup I was building. So far, it has been exactly what was needed. It takes the guess-work out of trying to free-hand the angles, especially with a complicated piece where angles need tobe exact and must line-up with other elements. And no guessing means that you can go faster, too. Just mark a target on the workpiece, sight your target through the hole you want, clamp the jig down, and drill. That simple. I am not sure how durable the metal sleeves will be with repeated drilling. (That's usually where jigs like this tend to fail over time). But so far, I am impressed and would recommend it.
