Unusual Jam
Delicious, exotic product from Siberia. If you are hesitant regarding purchasing pine cone jam, just go for it. You only live once and it will be a story to tell later! The flavor of the amber-red colored jam itself is very sweet with a slight fruity scent. The little thumbnail sized pine cones are slightly chewy with a discernible pine flavor. It is subtle and not overpowering at all. It is similar to raw pine nuts. The texture of the cones is like a cross between a sticky date and a raisin, not at all woody. This jam is delightful on buttered toast. It would make a wonderful breakfast table presentation if served in a pretty glass dish with a tiny spoon. I would think this would pair well with other foods like meat. The jam is so unusual and striking in appearance, it would be great as part of a charcuterie and cheese board. It is pricey but well worth the experience.

Love this!
Honestly, love the pine cone jam! Some of my friends say they hated it, so I guess it's an aquired taste. Love the forest after taste!

Pines are bit bitter
Overall jam taste is nice, but the pines are a bit bitter and rough. Good for 1 try, I would prefer normal berries jam.

Lovely flavor, worth trying!
I waited a bit for the price to come down, then I pounced on it!It was definitely worth the buy - it tastes like a mix between honey and berry jam, with a definite pine presence. The pinecones are tender and have a lovely smokey flavor to them. Had it on warm bread with fresh butter and my husband and I are hooked! Will be a wonderful addition to a charcuterie board.I only wish it was a bit cheaper, as now I'm hooked! Will be buying again :)

This Was so Bitter. Awful.
This tasted so terrible. I had a few people try it so I could confirm it was not just me and we all agreed it was one of the worst things we had ever tasted. The lingering pine taste that comes a while after the bitterness finally fades was a little nice though. 1 star.

Interesting flavor.
Although I think this is more of a medicinal thing I did enjoy it. I wouldn't call it a jam though. It has more of a syrup consistency. I had mine on a bagel with cream cheese but I think it would also go great with brie and crackers. Maybe with teas as well. All in all, I love it. Great product and great conversation piece.

Yummy
I saw the hype on tiktok about this. Honestly it's really good. Different but good. I really enjoyed it on toast and the little pine cones just disintegrate as you spread it out
