Great product!
Lovely item, very well made. I ordered 2 for my daughter but unfortunately received it with the straws damaged but it was quickly replaced at no cost to me. As a good will gesture I was sent 4 straws, their response was quick and very apologetic. I am extremely happ with the product and service!

ITS LITERALLY SUCH GOOD QUALITY, i was lowkey doubting it cause it was a new product and there were not any reviews but it was so much better than i expected,If your sruck between two products, THIS IS THE ONE.

Leeks internally and can’t get out
Once it cracks, liquid gets in and can’t get out. Poor durability and would be keen for a refund

Good for as long as it lasts (Not long enough)
I’ve bought 4 of these, now going for my 5th. It cracks extremely easily and proceeds to leak inside, impossible to get the water/coffee out once that happens: Unsanitary, unreliable and cheaply made.
