Fully meets my quality expectations
You probably already know that this is a top range Samsung TV, so no surprise for the 5-star rating. The picture quality simply amazing, and the wifi and alexa connectivity adds a lot of convenience to user experience. I use this TV in my bedroom and have another Samsung TV in the living room. The QLED spec in this TV sets it a class above its sister in the living room. My friends find the living room TV amazing, so just imagine how much more amazing this one is!

Excelent TV, great features.
Quality TV, I got it cheap in the sale after reading a "which" recommendation. 55" version. Light, thin, slim frame. Great quality picture, quick response, good sound. What more could you want from a TV.

Great TV but missed out
AHHH so annoyed i brought this tv at full price and then the 50 inch went on sale for even cheaper then my 43 inch one. This TV doesnt have Dolby atmos which is a shame neither dolby vision but the HDR10+ is great and looks crisp and sharp. tv is bright and I've paired it with a echo studio for a soundbar via an optical cable. best of alexa and tv sound. don't know if the tv remote can be paired to the volume control with my echo studio

Good Value
No problems and easy to install. Not found the apps to be a problem navigating and still getting used to the new television. Did notice variation in quality of sound level so purchased a sound-bar which has sorted that issue. I had been searching for a new television as deflectors had collapsed on my previous Samsung television leaving me with several white spots on the screen. This particular model worked out cheaper than other televisions I was researching.

Has put me off Samsung
Advertising suggests Blacker blacks and whiter whites. You'll only get black if you turn it off. I have contacted Samsung as this is obviously down to an ill fitting diffuser, leading to the back-light shining through the top edge, but have been told this is "within acceptable range". Incredibly distracting when you sit down to watch a movie on a Saturday night. As for "smart" features, they are clunky at best. Personally wish I had stuck with old TV and Fire TV. Also worth adding that if you're a gamer, turn off "auto power off" on my previous TV you get a notification on the screen saying will turn off in 5 minutes, giving you time to get in a safe place and find the remote, then another reminder at 1 minute. However with this TV the screen goes black with the 60 second countdown in the middle (nightmare if you're mid battle) but also if you're TV does turn off you can turn it back on with your console controller, however you still need to find your remote to remove the message in the corner telling you why your TV turned off.
