I have bought several of these pitchers. Glass is thick/solid. Lid perfect. I prefer glass, stainless steel, and silicone items for food and drink so this fits my needs. Fits in door of refrigerator. Only glass pitcher I use.

Quality glass lets me put boiling water over tea bags, then later drop ice cubes on the hot tea. 100 oz size is easier lifting, with large, double-hand useable handle. I was originally looking for a gallon container (128 oz), but this size is better/safer. Pitcher lifts and looks light-weight, but actually the glass is tougher than normal cheap pitcher glass. Only gets 4 stars on cleaning, for some of you big lugs out there have hand sizes a little too large to get in the pitcher. My Medium hands fit in (barely/ but nicely). Most feminine hands should fit in there nicely. I wouldn’t hesitate to put this in the bottom of the dishwasher. Very satisfied with my purchase (this is the 3rd one I’ve tried —- other brands failed — will go unmentioned.

Nice looking large glass pitcher. Just be very careful handling it near hard surfaces as it will break easily.

There was nothing I have disliked about this pitcher. I frequently use it to make ice tea for which it is perfect. I also use it to make a cleansing water and the mesh outlet allows me to our the water without letting the fruit, etc. from getting into my glass. It holds up well to both hot and cold water so whether I am making hot tea or iced tea it works great. The glass is thick so I'm not likely to hit the side of the counter and break it, and it is just the right size to put into the refrigerator for cool drinks.

It's size is exactly what I needed. And it's very easy to wash by hand. Lid fits on securely. I haven't tried heating it, but really don't plan to. The price is fair, also.

The pitcher is nice and just what I was looking for but very heavy when full.

I can pour boiling hotwater in it and put directly into refrigerator, why I would warm my refrigerator is beyond me. But it's great
