I bought this product - raw creamed honey - because it is a spreadable honey and easier to use on bread, etc, but when I opened the jar the content was a solid block. I contacted the seller about it through amazon and I was told by the seller to place the jar in a warm place and the honey would be fine. Asked by amazon via their messaging service if this had solved the problem I replied that it had, which was a mistake on my part, as I thought that following the seller's advice would rectify the problem, but it hasn't. After letting the jar stand for several days in a warm environment the honey is still one lump, definitely not spreadable, and the bit I was able to taste was grainy and far below the quality I was expecting and certainly not value for money.When I bought this honey I also ordered another raw, creamed honey from a different seller and they were delivered together, but the second honey is as described - creamy, spreadable, and extremely nice, and one I shall reorder.
