Perfect trim router!
I'd previously purchased a much cheaper copy of this trim router. The genuine Makita item is far superior. It feels great in the hand and I have confidence that its been well made, and will last. Controls are easy to use, and accessories are both functional and intuitive. Great little router!

Excellent little palm router.
As a fan of Makita tools I can safely say this little trim router is a winner too. Sturdy, easy to use and boasts many accessories. Ideal for the weekend woodworker and professionals alike, I would highly recommend it. It doesn't come with a case, but with so many accessories available for this product, a small case would be pointless. I do know a carry bag exists for separate purchase with separate compartments for all accessories available for this excellent palm router.

Great Trim Router
Bought this router to replace an old one that was no longer working and hasn't looked back. Can't really complain about any of the Makita products I've bought. I've now added this to my workbench with a simple attachment but I also use it with the Makita guide rail and router attachment. It comes with all the necessary attachments and guides if bought via Amazon. I believe, although haven't yet tried it, that it also works well as a CNC Router.

It wasn't clear from the description so I thought I'd add a small review, not of the tool, but just to let others know... Purchased direct from amazon, comes with the essentials, including clip on dust port and T guide. See pics for complete package. Cost £100 at time of review
