I was a bit concerned when I couldn't find an expiration date at first. It might be hidden under the UPC label, but I wish it was more clearly visible.The capsules are supposed to have 1000mg per serving, but it's important to note that only half of that is actually Ashwagandha. The rest is made up of other ingredients like Tribulus Fruit, Shatavari Root, and Black Pepper. I wasn't familiar with these additional components before, but after doing a bit of research, they seem to complement the main ingredient well. They have sort of a peppery odor, however, there's no taste or aftertaste to them.Even though I've only been taking these capsules for a short while, I have a good feeling about them. I can't pinpoint any specific changes yet, but I feel a bit more balanced and less stressed. It's probably too soon to expect dramatic results, but I'm optimistic that over time, they'll help improve my overall well-being. They are promoted as improving four key areas that I could really benefit from: focus, energy, performance, and vitality. I would be satisfied if they enhanced even just one of these aspects.So far, it's been a positive addition to my routine, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it benefits me in the long run. This brand of Ashwagandha seems to be effective as the other kinds I have tried. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't have an aftertaste.

I've been taking both of these ingredients for a couple of years now and the ashwagandha helps regulate mood, while tribulus helps with hormonal support. It's nice to have both in one pill.

The label says the capsules are veggie cellulose, which is great for those of us who are kosher, halal and/or non-pork eaters.There was no real smell to the pills when the top is off the bottle. They are easy to swallow. The label suggests 2 capsules one or two times per day with meals. The label says it comes from India.I love that the expiration date is clearly marked. Good find.
