Upon arrival I took 1 capsule as I was going to have dinner in about 1/2 an hr.The capsules are not small but not big either, was easy to swallow and no taste or smell and no aftertaste nor burping.All of the ingredients listed are good for the health of the body. I have taken nopal supplements and drink nopal prickly pear juice most days.The other 2 ingredients can only be a plus for the body for the immune system, circulation, etc...especially during the state we are in now (respiratory, viruses, bacterial/viral infections, etc.)The potency of each is not high but I am of the mindset that a little can only enhance if you are not receiving any a all.I will add this to my normal routine regimen and have faith that it will be a benefit especially with circulation.It's very pricy if it is of no benefit. But if it is of benefit, it will be worth it (good health is our greatest wealth, in my opinion).I took another capsule before breakfast today and same results (easy to swallow, etc).I will update after a couple weeks.I like that it's suggested that you can take 1 capsule per day in the long-term.I am not a doctor/health care advisor and do not advise nor encourage anyone to use this product, do your own research and/or inquire about it with your own Healthcare advisor.

These capsules are easy to swallow and have no flavor. The ingredients are primarily lactobacillus acidophilus, which helps digest dairy. It also contains nopal, which is a cactus commonly consumed in Mexico. I am going to post a photo of the capsules next to a coin to show relative size of the capsules. So far I am pleased with this product

These capsules are a uniform color and a wonderful combination for health. They include nopal cactus extract, a probiotic, and magnesium for muscle cramps. The capsules are easy to swallow, do not give and aftertaste and do not irritate the stomach. I hope this review is helpful.

For some reason the ingredients were not listed in the description. Here they are:Lactobacillus Acidophillus 1Billion cfu/g 30 MgNopal (Catus) (Opuntia ficus indica) 20mgL-Carnitine Base 10mgTo me the only thing interesting here is the Nopal. The Lactobacillus level is 30 Million cfu, which is a small amount. L-Carnitine is a small amount and is naturally produced by your body.Nopal is popular in Mexico as a food and for its health benefits. 20mg is a relatively small amount compared to other supplements.The cost per capsule is rather high.The product is manufactured in the US for a US located company (registered in Florida). I like that it has a web site that gives you some background on the product (vitalsalud dot net).

Well, they seem to work but at this price there are other options. I use other supplements that cover what this supplement does. And since using these, I haven't really seen much change from what I have used before to this product. Thus, I am guessing they work.They are flavorless, and fairly easy to swallow. However, I don't like that they tell you 1/day or 2/day on the bottle. That gets a little confusing because it doesn't say what to expect from an 'intensive' dose (2/day) vs the regular dose.

Tried the product and it has active ingredients that I’ve had before like L-carnitine. Standard pill that I was able to swallow easily. No taste issues. Felt good. But at this price, I can find something cheaper I’m sure.

Demasiado elevados el producto yo lo compré por mi problema en las varices pero no tuve ni la mínima mejoría mis piernas me dolieron más de lo normal definitivamente no lo recomiendo demasiado caro y no me funcionó
