Beautiful
Absolutely fantastic looking tap & fantastic quality, couldn't be happier with it. Plumber had no trouble fitting it. Great value for money too, would've paid at least twice as much in bathroom stores.

I had someone in to fit this for me - and it wasn't that easy! The first time it wasn't secure and I went to try it out only to lift it out of place! Additional plumbing glue was required! Now it's in - it great.

Fitted and they were faulty
Tap is nice looking, got for my daughters bathroom, we are just over 4 days from the returns policy, fitted taps and it's faulty, just a dribble from the taps. Had to get plumber in. Cannot find anywhere to see if they would be able to send us a replacement. Not happy, I know they were not expensive but when we bought them daughter wasn't ready to fit at the time.

We were pleased with the tap when it arrived. However after less than a week of being fitted the tap is faulty and wouldn't turn off. This has only happened this morning and not had the opportunity to report/return as yet

Tap doesn’t work no flow
Shame nice tap but doesn’t work, no flow!They should do the testing properly before sending!Now I have to pay again the plumber.
