Glad to find these.
My doctor recommended taking 100mg of Selenium twice a day, but most brands only come in 200mg tablets. Was happy to find these. I also love that they come in glass packaging instead of plastic. Better for the environment.

An Improvement
This supplement increased the bone density in bone men and women when taken over a period of time. It also decreases leg cramps in seniors when two are taken with the last meal of the day. For price it is a bargain for the benefit it renders.

Vegan Selenium
Arrived in perfect condition and exactly as shown. Easy to swallow. I appreciate that it is vegan and gluten free. Started using as a support for my thyroid so can't say if it works well at this point.
