Works like a charm
I got this so my kiddo could connect his drawing tablet to his laptop (it only had ONE port). Easy to used and worked fabulously.

Not worth buying
Not happy with its performance. Not compatible with external drives connected to it through USB C port. Slow performance of devices connected to it. Charging problems. It did not help my needs. The device is flawed and not tested carefully before releasing. The company replaced the first damaged one, but the second one was the same.

Excellent at first, then everything began failing
Fits the 12in MacBook well and everything operated and functioned for the first few weeks and I was extremely pleased. However, the dock has took a turn for the worst, Ethernet no longer functions through the dock, the additional screen often flutters and the USB ports randomly fail.

Precisely what I needed!
Precisely what I needed. No cables and all the needed ports stay connected. I had one slight problem and even the support is first class. If you have a MacBook (12 inch) this is what your you need, even if you don't know it yet.

Nothing works but the SD card reader
This dock sometimes worked for a day or two, then all the USB ports and audio quit working. There was a pita restart / repower work-around to get it going again. What a waste of time to have to unplug and restart everything, MacBook included, every couple of days. Now even that doesn't work, so I have a big ugly white plastic "dock" that does nothing but read SD cards. No support from this loser company.

An excellent solution
I love this product and use it daily. It’s a well made reliable solution to using my 12 inch MacBook at home. I simply connect it onto the dock and all of my peripherals are attached and work seamlessly. It’s enable me to create a much neater work area without all of the wires and to use a Fujitsu scanner, hard drive for backups and a mouse. I could also use a monitor but am using the computer itself. I would also note that their customer support is local in the US and excellent. They stand behind their products and helped me resolve an issue with my hard drive. Highly recommended.
