Love it
Really sturdy tracks in a nice case. I break down large plywood panels on a daily basis. Life can be broken down into, before track saw and after track saw.... Currently using this track with a wen track saw.

One guide rail was not straight
I really wanted to like this track. One of the guides cut beautifully and was very straight when compared to a reliable Veritas straight edge. The second one had a large curve in the end that resulted in a cut line that veered ⅛" off. I thought maybe the end was not 90˚ because I have read about others who corrected a track problem by trimming it on the chop saw, however this was not the case. The ends of the guide were 90˚ but the guide rail was not curved. I tried to get a replacement but Amazon said they didn't have any stock and Powertech wouldn't send one directly. I will try my luck with a different brand.

Good Value but with a few manufacturing issues
This Powertec track has all of the same features as the more expensive Makita version. It holds the XPS01 track saw and slides with no issues and supports the anti-tip lock needed for bevel cuts. The rails arrived true and connected together with no issues. There is some minor slop where the saw attaches to the rails. Being new to track saws, I can't say if this is normal or poor tolerance. I'm aware of it and will be sure to push the saw against the track when cutting. The Powertec kit (2x55" rails, 1 carry bag, 1 connector spline set) was delivered with two manufacturing issues: 1) the bottom glide strip on one rail was loose and had lifted so the adhesive side was on top of the saw track; and 2) the case's Velcro strap ends were sewn together so they couldn't surround the track in the carrying bag. I was able to reposition the lifted glide strip and it now seems secure. Getting all the deposited adhesive out of the track was a pain (Thank You Goo Gone, but minus one star). Some careful pulling separated the Velcro strips from where they were incorrectly over-sewn. Both of these problems should have been caught with a better quality inspection. One difference from the Makita OEM version is the design of the guide connector splines. The Makita uses two thinner splines and the set screws push them apart to secure the track. The Powertec uses a single spline and the set screws deform the aluminum of the track itself. The Powertec spline design requires inserting the two splines so that the set screws on one are facing up and the other facing down. You have to tighten the four up set screws and then carefully flip the rails over to tighten the other four. More cumbersome than I imagined. For my homeowner use the Powertec splines are adequate... even though not ideal.

Fit and finish is non existent
This is the update to the original 3 star . I returned that thing and they sent a new one. The new one was Perfect. No issues.I like it and I'm keeping itORIGINAL 3 STAR REVIEW =First track=bent track were the attachment bar goes, ,both track glides were off .Second track = both glide tracks were misaligned, bad cut on the end of trackBoth tracks = Not one of the glides were butting up to each other. I think the last straw was the straps were sewn together(which is not a big deal but was the final straw. Im sending for replacment and if the new one is as bad as this one ill pay the extra for a different track

Decent for the price
I didn't want to spend the money on a Festool or Dewalt system so opted for this one. For the price it's a solid choice and works well with the Wen saw I bought. One annoying issue was the bars used to join the two sections only had 3 set screws total where there are 8 total places. the track would be much more stable with all 8 (or at least 4) set screws. They must be a metric size cuz SAE sizes don't work. You can't tell me that a few set screws are going to cut into profit that much. Come on guys.
