I have tried so many multivitamins and these are the best I’ve had.I found that taking these alongside Astaxanthin and biotin gives me energy all day long.This is definitely true to its word, it’s a strong and potent multivitamin. I drink lots of water throughout the day and usually have clear urine, but now it’s a bright yellow colour all day long that proves these are really time released. Like all vitamins they can take weeks or even months to fully correct deficiencies, one a day and keep the doctor at bay :)I will definitely be using these all the time from now on.

I can't verify if that's true or not, but I can say that since taking them I've been healthier, happier, and had more energy. This is good, because I have food aversions that prevent me from eating a varied diet and suffer from a lot of fatigue.They do turn your wee a funny colour though! And some people might find the tablet hard to swallow due to its size.
