I bought this because I saw it on TV used in a hair salon. I like that it is rechargeable and it has 8 removable massage heads. If I use it on wet hair, it will tangle a little but with dry hair I have not experienced any real tangling. The charge will last a very long time before needing recharging. It is designed to be easy to hold and does not slip from your hand. I am very happy with my purchase.

As a woman who's reached the age your hormones start going crazy and thinning hair, I can say this convenient little machine is awesome! It's easy to use, didn't tangle my hair, and left my head feeling alive. Not to mention the relaxing feel after. I had a nagging headache and I used it for 10 minutes and afterwards, I literally had no headache. I was skeptical but I am elated to say, IT WORKS!!!

Have been using it for about a month daily and there is definitely less hair loss, but as I am on medication in addition I don't know if it's only because of the hair massager.The massage itself felt a bit hard in the beginning and my scalp got slightly sore after the first time using it, but that changed quickly and now it feels quite comfortable using it and my scalp got used to it.My hair always gets a bit twisted after use though and I need to brush it afterwards, but it's not a big issue for me.I can use it 4- 5 times without charging, and I like that the massager is turning itself off automatically after 10 minutes, which I think is required to use it effectively.

I don't know if it helps hair growth, but it definitely feels good. I use it a lot while watching TV. It does not tangle your hair.

I use this device after I've cleansed and oiled my scalp 2-3 times per week and I am seeing results. Not to mention it's incredibly soothing to do while watching television.

This scalp massager stopped working after only two weeks of sporadic use. It doesn’t turn on. I tried charging it, but no luck.

I just received this scalp massager. It seems well built. It does pullout / break my hair, which I can’t afford. I can’t just move it around my head. I have to pick it up and move it to the next spot to try and avoid the breaking / pulling out but it still does happen. As for helping with hair loss I’m not convinced that the red light is actually a red light and not just a regular light with a red lens cover over it. Also with pulling out and breaking of the hair I’m not sure how much it will help. I’ll give it a shot for a little bit longer to see if I notice a difference.

Bought this in March as part of a friends’s birthday gift. It’s July now. I found out today that the charging port was broken out of the box. The only way to get it to charge is by pushing the cord hard against the port at the perfect angle, you see the light blink once, twice if you’re lucky. Also found out that it’s past the date for getting support with the item. Extremely disappointed in this product.

I returned this item because after 3 weeks the device is not working properly.since march and I still waiting for my refund.

It works as advertised, and it has all the necessary features. USB-C Charging, removable tips and even stand.But you will only get 5mins of usage after 1 to 1.5 hrs of charging. In my opinion not worth it.
