So upset that 2 plates arrived broken and the tray did not fit the triangle holder! I did purchase the used version thinking what could go wrong plus it was highly discounted. Ugh! I should’ve just paid the full price!Order again this time it was new and for the 2nd time the platter was broken again!!! See pics

I was on the fence about purchasing this because of the price tag, but I am so glad I did.It's a beautiful piece and absolutely worth the cost. I'm hosting a brunch at the beginning of October and can't wait to fill it with pastries and have it displayed. I'm actually a little concerned because I know when my mom sees it she'll know it was expensive and grill me about wasting money, but again- worth it.The only problem I think I'll have with this is storing it, because it is a bit bulky broken down, and while the dishes don't seem particularly fragile, the slate pieces and wood frame I'm sure could break easily.To replace any part of this individually on Villeroy and Boch's sit would be really expensive.The cost on Amazon is actually about $40 cheaper than the official site last I checked, so a pretty good deal considering.I'm sure I'll use this for years to come.

The wooden stand did not hold up the way it should have so I ended up just using the plates by themselves to display food.

The media could not be loaded.  Really good quality, could have been a little cheaper, but it is nice enough to justify buying.

These are the original Villeroy artesano cups, which are very high quality. They keep beverages hot and cold for a while and are beautiful to look at and to use. I prefer to wash them in the dishwasher (upper rack only, with rinse aid) instead of scrubbing them, and they look like new.

The craftsmanship was less than desired. They over tightened the screws in some areas which caused the wood to split. You could tell they just glued the split back together. The stand was not up to the quality expected.

I had to send this item back as the framework was broken on arrival. The plates looked classy/ well made but not impressed with framework.

Zum Termin geliefert worden, sehr gut verpackt gewesen. Für diesen hohen Preis ist das Gestell etwas wackelig, könnte eine bessere oder eine zweite Fixierung in der Mitte vertragen. Die untere Haltungsschiene ist mir beim hineingeben der obersten Platte aus der Verankerung gerutscht, das Teil fiel fast auseinander und die Platten klatschten aufeinander. Zum Glück haben diese es unbeschädigt überstanden. Habe es auch vorher andersrum versucht, Schiene fiel ebenfalls aus der Halterung. Wirklich stabil sitzt nur die unterste Platte, die beiden oberen wirken schief und nicht genau passend, lassen sich etwas hin und her schieben, speziell die mittlere. Die Schalen sehen allerdings sehr dekorativ und stabil aus, eben wie alles von Villeroy. An dem Gestell gehört die Standfestigkeit verbessert, da man Etageren ja auch tragen sollte können und das in befülltem Zustand, das traue ich dieser allerdings nicht zu. Deshalb gibt es einen Stern weniger. Den Schalen würde ich glatte fünf Sterne geben, diesem wackeligen Gestell plus Platten aber bestens zwei!

Das Holzgestell ist schlecht verarbeitet, Passungen/Fräsungen/Nuten sind mieß gefertigt und teilweise nachgespachtelt. Die Schieferplatten sind schmaler als erwartet. Die mittlere war zu lang und schief geschnitten; wodurch das Gestell scheif aufgespannt wurde und auch noch zu Kuppeln anfing.Die dazugehörigen Artesano-Platten sind auf dem erwarteten Niveau.Entspricht in Summe leider nicht dem, was ich von V&B erwarte; schon gar nicht bei dem Preis.

Also ganz ehrlich. Wenn die Schachtel nicht Original Villeroy & Boch wäre, könnte man meinen das Ding wäre von Woolworth. Das Holzgestell ist dermaßen windig, schief und schlecht verarbeitet. Dadurch wackelt das gesamte Gestell und ist nicht brauchbar. Ich sende es zurück innere Hoffnung, dass was qualitativ hochwertiges als Ersatz kommt. Ansonsten ist das kein Produkt zum empfehlen
