I love this maple sugar. I think the 2.2 lbs is the best deal especially considering it’s organic. I am still finding new ways to use it so I appreciate that’s it’s in a Mylar pouch for longer term storage.It’s a great option to add to or replace in paleo and gluten free recipes. It is less refined and has a lower glycemic index than white sugar.

I gave it three stars because it tastes great, but the amount for the price is high for the amount you get. Unless you NEED it for travel purposes, because you can’t have other sugars, just use pure maple syrup in your coffee.

I ordered the maple 🍁 sugar to blend with cinnamon. I put it in a shaker bottle and use it for topping my yogurt toast with berries and for baking! I used the maple sugar in my blackberry- lemon-lavender jam we used in baking some cookies and it was perfectly sweetened. (Not too sweet).AKI also sent me samples of 2 different products to try and I’m so excited!! It’s the little things we love in life and I can’t wait to use the vanilla in my crème brûlée cake!!

WHY I have I not known about this till now??? I made some oatmeal cookies but used this sugar vs. regular sugar and....HOLY MAPLE NOMS BATMAN!!! It's more pricy than regular sugar (obvi) but soooooooo good and definitely worth it as a 'treat' <3

took off plastic cap to find a hole in the foil seal.did not use, I threw it away

I have been looking for a cane sugar substitute for my coffee and teas. I have tired monk sugar, the various fake sugars, even date sugar. But this is the best! The maple sugar does not alter the flavor of the coffee or tea at all. Highly recommend!
