We have had this for 2 years. This is the absolute best pump & very inexpensive. Our last one was an all stainless steel Honda sump pump that was $1000.00 that died after only a year. Well worth the money. We are buying another one for our other sump hole👍🏻

This is my follow up for my past five star review. This pump ran great for four years, 24/7, . I lift my sewage 32' before it can gravity flow into the city sewer. Today, the float went bad. I had to bypass it with an external-piggy back float switch. I still think this pump is the best for the money. It would be better if the float wasn't wired into the body. I will buy again. For those who have problems getting the float to prime, It requires a weep (vent) hole, about 1/16" just above the threaded outlet, in your pipe, to allow the pump chamber to flood and let the air out, if not, the pump will cavatate.

woulda got 5 stars but the threads for the 2" hose are not very good.

Seems to be a very well made unit, solid and heavy. It generates an amazing amount of force to eject the contents of the well through the 2" pipe and into the main line. I very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this brand and model to a friend. Also I had contacted the company prior to my purchase and the customer service was very nice and knowledgeable.

Ive boutght three of these in three years. Went back because of the low price. When it runs, great pump... but this pump stops working in less than a year. The last purchase lasted less than 3 months sitting in the water and just hums because it locked up. Used for a pondless water fall with only 12 ft lift and clean water... Low value for the money if you replace over and over and over again.

The pump was described as being manufacture refurbished but was in original box and packaged just like brand new and I could not tell it was not brand new. Works great does exactly what it supposed to do. 👍🏻

This ejector pump in solid with great horsepower and price. Cast iron and stainless steel. Heavy duty motor and pump. Installed easily. We were able to remove the old pump and install this pump quickly. It was definitely worth waiting the two days for delivery instead of picking up a cheaper pump quickly. (Well maybe everyone didn't agree on the wait time, but still worth it.)

When it runs, it moves a lot of water. But once it stops, it doesn't reliably start up again. It isn't the float switch - I can feel the motor is trying to start. Rather, the pump freezes up. If I rotate the impeller with my finger (with power off) it will start again. But once it stops, I need to nudge the impeller again. I have disassembled and cleaned multiple times. I have given up and will buy a different brand.
