Good product
I have been making crepes for years...this is helpful to spread the batter. I have been lifting my cast iron skillet and swirling around, like my grandmother taught me. I am older now and the cast iron is very heavy...

Easy to use
I use this set for Chinese crepe. Works great. Easy cleaning in dishwasher

Not ideal.
I was looking for something that would last longer than the bamboo ones.Tried these, but found they’re too heavy and too thin, it makes it hard to control the pressure (in my experience) which is meant to be very light. I prefer to use the bamboo ones which, unfortunately, although much easier to use, don’t last very long.

I really like the idea of having the base and handle together, but I found that using the metal (Stainless Steel) spreader tends to not be as smooth as using the wooden bamboo tools. I found the batter would clump on it, making it difficult to spread evenly.
