The Tiny Beast!!!
If you are living in an independent home with negligible water pressure on the upper floor(s) and have been dreaming of having a booster pump that would work wonders for you but you dread the amount of money you will shell out....then look no further! This Tiny Beast is going to exceed all the benchmarks you've set for a small and affordable booster pump. There are 2 components that come within the package. A monoblock self priming pump from Mahavir Industries (The MI in the MIHSP stands for their company name) and an electronic controller that has been programmed to work between 3-5 bar pressure. This pressure is enough to put a smile on your face and lighten up your washrooms and bathrooms!!!The Pump:The pump is a typical 0.5 HP self priming monoblock pump that you can find in local markets but this particular model from this manufacturer puts all the top guns (Kirloskar, CRI, Havells, V-Guard, Groudfos etc) to shame in terms of performance, robustness, and reliability. This is a highly silent pump and you would really struggle to hear the sound just one floor down from where you have installed it, infact if you have a reasonably big terrace and if you stand in a diagonal corner, then you won't be able to hear any sound while it's operating. The sound isn't more than your outdoor AC units from one of the big brands such as Bluestar and Carrier. The Controller:Controller is well made and doesn't feel cheap while holding in your hands. It comes pre-programmed from factory with a rated pressure of 3-5 bars and a deviation of 2, which means it would start the pump as soon as the pressure falls below 3 bar and maintains the pressure upto 5 bars until use. It's a high quality fully-automatic device that's sits very snugly on top of the pump and is connected via one of the most high quality male-female plugs I have seen, that I am sure won't be available in the retail market if you search for one. The controller efficiently switches-on the pump when a tap is in use and shuts off as soon as the tap goes off. It does this automatic on-off quite consistently! I am very impressed with the quality of equipment thats bundled by the manufacturer. 5-stars for getting the setup bang-on for controller.Installation:Although the pump and the controller come with easily identifiable high quality electrical connections, you are profoundly advised to employ the best plumber to install it, especially the piping and the NRVs along with ball valves on both sides. Refer to the picture for an idea on how to install it cleanly. The NRV deployment is crucial to it's success else you might end up employing the pump to circulate the tank water across your house pipelines and back to the tank and it never shuts down!!!! (major cases of complaints arise because of this very reason)The installation will cost you about 3.5-4.5k for additional equipment and labor charge for the plumber. You will have to keep that expense in mind, as it will be the additional cost you will have to factor-in while buying booster pump from any brand. Is 0.5 HP enough? It is more than sufficient for a house with 3 bathrooms, 1 kitchen wash area, another outer wash area for washing machine and any additional outlet you may have in the parking for gardening and car washing purpose. When I say more than enough, I mean it's truly more than sufficient to have a great flow and also protect your pipelines from damage due to any higher presure rated pumps. 1 HP (2X power bill) would be an overkill for the house size I mentioned and 1.5 HP (3X power bill) would be a certain death knell for the majority of the 3/4-inch pieplines concealed within the walls.Price-to-performance ratio:An average booster pump from one of the known brands with an attached pressure tank varying from 2 ltrs - 24 ltrs, would cost you between 9K - 32k. This little beast outperforms them all and should be picked at once, if not for the highly affordable price point, then for its superior chart-bursting performance!!!Finally, a word for the manufacturer. You will find it hard to overlook the amount of care and planning the manufacturer has put in right from the time you open the box - to installing it - to using it. It's remarkable how a manufacturer has put in its best foot forward to help provide a sophisticated yet simple solution for automated water pressure not just to people who are running on thin budgets but also to people who are looking to buy high value equipment for a reasonable price point. This Tiny Beast rules them all! Go for it blindly without giving a thought and if you liked the review (my longest ever) then do click on the thumbs-up button below. Cheers.

Very Nice Controller Pressure Pump
This is very good controller pump. The water is delivered in 2nd floor also with sufficient flow. After installing this pump, the time duration for water filling in washing Machine is greatly reduced. The water flows in shower is very powerful and I feel taking bath like water falls.

Disappointing Longevity Despite Initial Performance
I purchased this pressure booster pump a little over a year ago, and while it worked flawlessly during the first 12 months, it completely stopped working as soon as the 1-year warranty period ended. During its operational phase, the pump delivered excellent water pressure, and I was quite happy with its performance. However, the fact that it gave out so soon after the warranty expired raises serious concerns about its durability and overall build quality. For the price paid, I expected it to last much longer than just a year. It's frustrating that there’s no option for a free repair or replacement once the warranty is over, and now I’m left with an expensive piece of equipment that doesn’t work.If you’re looking for short-term performance, this pump might serve you well. But if you’re expecting long-term reliability, I’d suggest exploring other options.Service is pathetic too. There is not dedicated service helpline and no resolution to problem other than a person asking to go n rotate the pump fan.

Worked fine and well for 2 months... Now on the third month on a single floor it has stopped working... My view is find a better one ... Wasted my time, labour cost and energy.,.

Best product your money can get
The media could not be loaded. I’m writing this review after using the machine for 15 days.It came in a sturdy and nicely packed box with all the necessary documents for installation. The machine is working really well and is giving me pressure upto 4 bars which is good enough for home use. The machine doesn’t make a lot of noise when active and cuts off automatically when no tap is open.Suggestion - Go for a 0.5 HP pump if you have 3-4 bathrooms. This is one has a lot of power.
