Great Supplement For Hair Care-MSM
I am always impressed with the quality of Swanson Health products. They are very affordable, and arrive in a timely manner. I use the MSM 1000mg capsules for a hair growth oil infusion, and I add it to my hair conditioner with a little warm water. I am currently taking Swanson Bamboo tablets, but I have not taken this brand of MSM capsules internally.

It really helps
I use this product for inflammation as it helps with my bersitus. I take 4 a day 1 with breakfast & lunch, 2 with supper. I have been taking it now for 3 months and didn’t realize how much it helped until I ran out. Now I have it on auto ship.

MSM is a long term supplement
MSM will help (in my opinion) with cellular health which tend to offer benefits throughout most bodily systems, but with supplements it is a developmental progression. It will not relieve pain like taking a pain pill. It will help your joints from wearing down over time, cartilage, and the bonds of cells which are better nourished and so more resilient to stressors.

Old Athletes Don't Fade Away -- They Just Spend Their Days Leaning In A Corner.
I hate to say that my wife is getting older -- and she hates to admit it. She has been a runner for the past 30 years after getting a late start when she married me. Now however her feet are starting to ache and the doctor says that "arthur writus" is starting to become a problem for her. The only MSM that she has found that gives her relief is Swanson.Not surprisingly it doesn't work for my knees. They're simply too far gone. But as long as she continues to run she'll be taking Swanson MSM continually. She knows deep down that she should quit running and I remind her constantly that if she keeps going she'll end up like me. You'd think that being warned of that would be enough, but no, she probably won't stop until it becomes her idea. Gotta love her!

The best MSM brand. I've tried many.
This is the MSM brand that gives me the best results. Now and then I get tempted to try other brands, including the one that claims to be the best. But I keep going back to these. No other brand has given me the same results, including making my face and skin glow ( signs that this MSM is potent at energizing the cells).
