Not excellent condition at all.
Just received my apple Watch 7 as per description condition should be excellent. Once I open box I noticed scratches on the sides. Disappointed as I should not be able to see any scratches from 30 cm, all scratches are clearly visible from more than 50 cm. Condition is good, not excellent as described. Price should be dropped to good condition.

Slack customer service and not receiving all apple products
One star because I can’t give 0. Please be careful buying from this seller as not all products in the box are apple. I assumed by buying an Apple Watch I would have received an apple charger. This is not the case and if you try and use the charger it makes the watch red hot and doesn’t even hold the charge for a full day. I had two of these items from the seller and both are the same so now have had to pay an extra £58 for 2 apple chargers which have now been used and charg promptly and effectively . I did contact the seller to see if he would help but he seemed not to care. Said I can have a refund or replace the watch, also batteries are only at 80% capacity. I am really upset about the lack of customer care and not being willing to come to some conclusion.

Thew watch arrived with less than advertised battery life and, they avoid a refund, I would advise you to not buy this product. Thank you.
