Great Device!
With the exception of a small (hardly noticeable unless the light is just right) scratch in the corner of the screen, I wouldn't be able to tell this apart from a brand-new phone. The battery life is at 100%, everything is shiny and in pristine condition, and the phone works great! My previous phone was a 2016 iPhone SE and running on this 12 Mini feels like lightning speed! Fantastic and much-needed upgrade for me. I was glad to discover that despite my previous phone being so old, it still transferred all its data to the new phone flawlessly. Great experience all around!

Great condition but had a programming issue
The phone arrived on time and looked like it was brand new. The battery max capacity is at 96% which isn’t bad. I had issues getting it to make calls (could receive them and text just fine) but it got resolved by the carrier and I’m not sure if it was a carrier issue or if it was something messed up with the phone.

What's Not To Like?
I finally gave up on my old first gen iPhone SE, even though I did NOT want the larger iPhone 12 mini's size (it doesn't fit in a shirt pocket). But the new phone works great, has a great range, battery lasts all day, and the added features of water resistance, facial recognition, and wireless charging won me over. Facial recognition is a love/hate item, because it won't recognize you if you are wearing a COVID mask, and I'm not going to weaken the security by accepting recognition of eyes only, but other than that, with most of us not wearing masks most of the time now, I love it. I really like getting mine from Amazon, as a refurb and much less expensive than the original from Apple. It was absolutely like new, with 90% battery health. Thumbs up.

This ‘refurbished premium’ iPhone does not work!!
Took new and old phone into the carrier’s store to have the info handoff handled by them. Then took both phones home to complete all the transferring. I had paid a bit extra for the refurbished premium so it would look nicer. Well it looked good but did not work properly! So upset and frustrated!! The phone continuously turned itself off and then back on again. At the least every 20 minutes - sometimes as often as only 5 minutes apart. Worked with the Amazon people and tried everything they suggested and nothing worked. Went back to my phone carrier and nothing worked. In addition, the phone would not always pick up a WiFi signal (did not matter from where) and when it didn’t, the phone would not allow the WiFi button to be moved to on, so that you could manually connect to an available network. You had to turn the phone completely off, the back on again. Or wait for it to turn itself off and on again. These are two VERY significant problems to have with a phone - making it unusable for any extended period. What now? Sending phone back. Have to wait 30 some days to get my over $350 back; lost a new screen protector; and still need to find a new replacement phone. I expected better from Amazon. GO ELSEWHERE if you can!!

Battery life is 75%
The phone works, it’s durable but the battery life is 75% which i am not happy about because i read other reviews and they all. said 90+ battery life.
