A good buy
It was delivered by one person who struggled to get it to my flat but he did put it inside the flat for me,should have been a 2 man job...it was easy to install...pipes could be longer tho...its so quiet even on full spin...its so easy to use.

Worthless warranty
9 month old 18 kgwashing machine ( used domestically) drum bearings gone . Caterwash won't fix or supply parts under warranty. Say bearings are a consumable part and not covered. Very Very poor company that doesn't have any confidence in junk they sell .avoid and stick with major brands that stand by there products.

Good price for washing machine
I man to deliver this I had to help him carry into my property with a struggle, hose to connect water inlet far to small they need to send out longer ones I had to use one off old machine, other than that so far machine itself is working efficiently

A clean wash-out
The product is good. The delivery system and execution was awful! 1. Delivery forecast was for Fri./Sat. Delivery was attempted Tue when recipients were in the garden but not aware nor notified. Following phone calls to Exeter it was promised for following day. Finally delivered Friday. This wa a shame as this was a present for my sister who was kept in home for 3 days, waiting
