Mount-It stair climbing dolly/hand truck
I don't often leave reviews but I wanted to in this case. I really needed something quick, and not terribly expensive to bring 30 boxes of heavy flooring up to the fourth floor to my condo. This wasn't very expensive and for the money, it is very useful. It does indeed make it easier to lift stuff up the stairs. I'm 59 years old and not in the best shape of my life! It was really easy to put together. I would suggest a mallet or hammer for the silver cap that goes over the wheel mount. I used a rock because that's what I had handy at the moment and that worked. One of the issues I read in the reviews was that the yellow handle coverings were cracked on arrival or cracked shortly after. I've made about nine trips already and the handles are fine. It comes with a bungee that I thought might be cheap but that also is sturdy and works fine. The other thing I like is that top handle part can go down and the plate on the bottom folds up for storage.

Functional & Convenient
This product works. I think it's a little pricey, but I used it to move large shelving up two flights of stairs and it definitely did the trick. Runs very smoothly on flat surfaces too. Overall, happy with purchase.

Solidly built and it works
I use this to transport my speakers that weigh 100 lbs. each and it has absolutely no problem handling them. It really helps getting them up and down stairs, and the wheels are very sturdy and smooth. It is compact when folded and solidly built, and after using it several times I have no doubt it will last me for many years. It’s a well designed and very functional product, and I recommend it highly.

WASTE OF MONEY—UPDATE
The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: not worth it. This thing doesn’t turn and when you have a heavy load on it, being able to drag it the direction you need doesn’t work. Also doesn’t “climb stairs”. Moving into a new apartment and ended up using it for about a minute before I gave up. All of my boxes kept falling off and I couldn’t even use my foot to lift the cart like normal hand trucks. I expected to put in some labor obviously as it’s not going to magically go up stairs but you really have to drag it up and pray your boxes don’t fall off. While it seems sturdy, it’s extremely heavy and not maneuverable with any type of load. Please don’t bother.Old: Just opened this from the mail today. Both handles are broken. Usually wouldn’t be a problem to exchange but the box is decently heavy to be lugging around and packing up.Seems sturdy though….except the handles being broken.

Great Product!
I bought this as a gift to my father who has issues moving up and down stairs but refuses to ask for help :) This product works as advertised. A little expensive for what it is in general but worth it in the end. it's easy to assemble and only took a few minutes. The yellow handle grips arrived broke. The product comes with a manual/phone number. They immediately sent new handle grips. Customer service was wonderful! I don't say that lightly. The grips are a tight fit and the replacements will eventually crack too. Thats my only thing I wish was different. However, it's really not that big of a deal.

I wanted to love this.
The good:The collapses down pretty smallIt will go upstairs with lighter loadsIt will make going downstairs with light loads easierThe bad:It's short to reach the handles and move large objects. You have to be a shorter person to not break your back. I'm 6'1 and could have really used some extensions around the handles. It was just too uncomfortable for me and Max weight on this thing. The turning radius is a little difficult, not easy.Going downstairs with large heavy objects is a disaster extremely loud and clunky.Overall, if you're using lighter things in your shorter person, this will probably work out well for you. But if you're 6 ft or taller and you're trying to move heavy larger objects, I would pass on this. I ended up carrying most of my things.

Well-built. Works great on wooden steps with overhang
I got the 330lb version. It is sturdy and well built. I don’t know if it can really handle 300+ pounds (have my doubts), but I used it to haul 75lb floor standing speakers up 14 carpeted steps and it worked great. My regular moving dolly was useless because the wheels got caught under the protruding overhang of each wooden step, stopping them dead in their tracks. I needed something that could safely go up the stairs without damaging my stairway. I had read other brands had difficulty in this situation because their wheels and “triangle axle” were too small to fully rotate over the overhang.Well, that just isn’t the case with this one. The wheel and axle are large enough to clear each step perfectly (see photo). It worked like a charm. I could not be happier. I am sure I will use it many times to move heavy items up and down my stairs.

Decent Hand Truck - Cheap Handles
Overall, it is a decent hand truck and I was able to move a large filing cabinet with it. However, the plastic handles came cracked straight out of the box. They slide right off so I threw them away, but for an item this expensive I was disappointed in the quality of the handles.
