Easy to install and it works great.

My husband ordered this for us and it's perfect to hear the door bell. I love the various music and the fun one is from the little mermaid I believe since christmas is over. Either way it's perfect ,especially if you live in a town home where in our offices we can't hear the doorbell, Now we can. It's fun, worth the money and so easy to install :)

Update: Sadly, this extender does not work reliably. It worked the first day. Then a couple of days later I had someone at the door, and it didn't work. I went and pressed the little switch in the part that connects to the doorbell, and it rang. It worked again for a few days, then it stopped working again. I repeated that for a couple of weeks, then gave up on it.A doorbell that doesn't work reliably is actually probably worse than no doorbell at all. I'm changing my review to 1 star. I bought a ring doorbell and ring chimes. They always work.---- Original Review ----My home office is quite far from my doorbell, and I was missing packages. This extender solved that problem immediately. I keep the speaker in my office and it works every time, loudly. Now I never miss a package.It took, like, 1 minute to connect to the bell (install batteries, loosen two screws, stick the two wires under them, tighten the screws). The speaker gets reception through walls and I don't get any false rings. Very easy, works well, what's not to like?

Great for a room further from the front door. Can now hear when the doorbell rings as it works exactly as advertised. Installed about a year ago & all of a sudden it stopped working. Tried all the recommended fixes but nothing worked. Emailed the company and although it was out of warranty, they replaced it. But the replacement unit was producing false rings. The company finally refunded my purchase price. It's a shame as the first unit really worked well. That's good customer service.

I don’t think my doorbell has rung since I installed but I tested and I am sure will help me hear bell when I’m in back of house

I used this doorbell to enhance a 40 year old wired doorbell that had low volume and no volume adjustment. It was easy to install because I could not find the circuit breaker that applied to my old bell but ,no problem, since the doorbell extender did not reuire that I replace the old connection. I only had to connect the extender to a very low voltage connection. new extender kit allows me to turn volume way up and choose a variety of ring tones.

Installed easily, sounded great, worked for the first few times we tried it and were satisfied that it was what we needed. A few hours later the remote chime just kept going off. Tried resetting it, moving to a different plug, but nothing worked. Phone number on instructions kept giving a busy signal over two days and also left a text message Had to return it.
