This brace seems to work. The concern is that the spacers to use are weak. I’ve broken one already. Not sure if you can get spares.

Following 2 knee ops and arthritis I needed a good support I could wear at work. It is a little tricky to fit at first and needs to be worn over a tube bandage or clothing.

Knee Brace not easy to fit and stap on to leg

This is on the cheaper side of knee braces and it shows. The size was far too big, it didn’t sit on my knee properly at all. When it was on despite not fitting properly if felt like it wasn’t doing anything.Good job was able to return which I got my money back very swiftly

I was in need of a knee brace that would be more suitable for me when the warmer weather comes, I currently use a neoprene support with hinged supports, I wear it over my clothing as after a few hours it makes my knee sweat and irritates it. So this style brace will be ideal when I wear shorts for work.I'm a big guy so was a bit dubious whether it would fit my leg, however I needn't have worried as it has extendable straps and fits perfectly.The brace adjusts easily with the Allen key and the inserts are easy to fit, just remove the 2 screws and slide in the required 'stops' and replace the screws.I'll be buying another for my left leg soon.I have stage 4 Osteoarthritis and am not able to have surgery for quite a while so these braces will be certainly well used.
