The capsules in this pack are slightly larger than average but are still easy to swallow without any unpleasant taste. The pack represents reasonable value for money.

Love the packaging, slim, upright, easy to open (first time seal intact and strong) and easy to get the tablets out. This shape takes up less room in the cupboards and easy to handle.Writing on the labels easy to see, good colour choices. These are suggested 2 a day to maintain levels, never sure why manufacturers don't just double the potency in these cases, as this tablet is quite small and even doubled would be swallowed with ease.But that aside, trailed for a week, tested levels before I started and no significant change in levels by end of week (even though it was an indulgent week of not so good stuff), so it suggests they are doing they're job.I moved to sterols 8 years after doctors tried to put me on statins as my level was around 6.5, within weeks the side effects of Statins were terrible so I came off them. Using sterols since my levels dropped rapidly, 3 months I was down to 2.1 and have stayed there ever since. A full diet changes were made, but I'm convinced Sterols are a better option as they are natural.Based on finding so far, yes, suggests they are doing the magic of sterols and will continue to monitor, if any changes I'll revisit the review.

I don't know why but every time I took one of these tablets they would stick to either the roof of my mouth or the back of my throat.After taking for a week or two I had a couple of semi unpleasant headache side effects so I discontinued taking them although I gave them to my fiance and they took them without any issue.
