Works less than a minute. Never charges enough and very faint scent with whatever incense.

Very good product, but the burning time is too short
I like this small device, the battery last long and very compact size.The only thing I'd like them to improve is the time it remain on, because it switches off too rapidly for me (I guess if you intend to use it in a small confine space is fine, but for a big hall you need to click multiple times.Other than that it is very good.

The fan is not working and the battery doesn't last long
I bought it twise the first time it was good .. working perfectly but the second time the fan wasn't working and the battery didn't last long after charging itI also noticed that the two I bought had different logo/branding

Very weak, working for a few seconds then stopped. Need to push the button to start every few seconds. Not practical.
