Excellent for Pre Workout!
I use this 30 minutes before jiu Jitsu class and weight training. Really feel the benefits after the first month with improved cardio and decreased lactic acid buildup. The tingle is good and not overwhelming like other beta alanine brands. Plus the price is great!

This stuff is great. It definitely feels like a stimulant. I say that because the first time I took it, I took a tablespoon worth as opposed to the little scooper that was included in the bag and holy cow. Now I use two/three scoops, with the measuring scooper included, on “low” days (tired or feeling sluggish).

Product works but packaging is terrible
This product is as advertised, however the packaging it comes in is horrible. As you can see from the picture, the lining used to ensure an airtight closure peeled right off after a few days. This product now is compromised due to moisture being allowed inside. Poor quality regarding the third party vendor that micro ingredients use to source their packaging. Expected a lot more from oh well known company like this, especially considering the pricing of the product.
