Great for cast iron skillets
If you have a cast iron skillet, get one of these chain mail things. You can decide what size is good for you, but the place to start is to get one. I now use it to clean my cast iron skillet 100% of the time I use it regardless of the mess. But when there is stuff really stuck on, this chain mail scrubber is the go to tool. It melts stuff off without removing your seasoning. I also use it on other items like Pyrex dishes, stainless steal pots and pans, and plastic. It is actually very gentle. It cleans very well but is gentle on your items. Which is counterintuitive. Scouring pads do a lot more damage to your cookware. This is also way more sanitary and easy to clean off after use. No sponge smell and moisture retention. I like the small size because it is every bit as functional, but easier to store in a small space.

Perfect for cast iron.
If you purchase this product you will 100% switch over to cleaning cast iron with this. It works great and keeps soap out of the equation. Perfect for maintaining the life of your cast iron pans. Very much worth the value.
