Take it for a week
I have been taking it for a week and I feel more energy. I also feel very fatigued. I’m trying to determine what role the Shilajit is playing. I will update as I know more.

Lot's of energy
I love this for the energy! I had to start with just one a day then work up to two. I gave it to my husband who would yawn all day long. didn't matter how much sleep he got he would just yawn, big loud yawns. He STOPPED!!!! I make sure I give him tow a day & I don't have to listen to all those bear sounds any more. It;s been two weeks & that's what I see so far!
