I put on my feet the day they arrived, next morning I couldn't believe results, only part of the pad was black . Will keep using until they are completely white, but they do work

A waste of time
I would not waste your time with this product, there is no sticky area, or peel off strips if you need to and is much smaller than the photos lead you to believe.
