This is an update to a review I made in May 2022.I am 71 years of age, 5’8” tall and weigh 240 lbs, about 60 lbs more than my ideal weight, and, generally, am in good health.For 40 years I have had a problem with my left sacroiliac joint “popping out” (probably because of my weight and sedentary lifestyle) leading to disabling and continuous pain and discomfort and needing repeated and expensive chiropractic treatment which, although always successful, only lasted 36-48 hours.I used the belt as directed…all the time for the first 14 days, gradually reducing to the hours I felt I needed to use it.My problem is now ‘fixed’ in that my back is now ‘normal’ and I no longer have any pain or discomfort at all, although I still wear the belt if I am doing anything strenuous such as a long hike or gardening or washing my car, just to be sure and not stress my sacroiliac joint unnecessarily.The belt is very comfortable, light and easy to “put on and remove” and I completely forget I am wearing it; the fact that I am wearing is not apparent under my clothes.I find it’s use so very reassuring.I also use an obus-forme back rest in my car and at home, with small individual pads placed over the left sacroiliac joint to reduce the possibility of stress from being in a seated position for long times.I am not a chiropractor and have no specialist skills or knowledge however I think the use of the belt and the obus-forme back rest and small pads has allowed the sacroiliac joint protection from stress allowing it to heal itself.I can now walk long distances without any twinge of pain and the belt provides consistent and comfortable and continuing support and it has made walking a pleasure again. (I have even bought a second one in case it becomes ‘no longer available’).Despite its repeated use there has been no deterioration or change in the belt’s condition, that is it still looks and functions like it did when it came ‘out of the box’ the first time, with no change in the tension from the stretchable bands or the Velcro adhesion.I cannot overstate the quality of this belt or the benefits I have experienced from using it…it has really changed my life.I have used this belt for about 4 months. I have had a left-sacroiliac problem since the 1980’s and although the problem could be ‘fixed’ by the chiropractor, the fix was always temporary…usually lasting for 48 hours…and costly to repeat and so I have put-up with the pain for 40 years…and then I found this belt on Amazon.ca. It is easy to use and becomes unnoticeable in use and my sacroiliac problem is a thing of the past. I like to trail-walk and so before walking I don the belt and now can walk many kilometres without any problem at all whereas before I walked with increasing pain. My sacroiliac problem is greatly improved and I expect it will resolve completely.An incredible product and at an amazing price for the results. It is life-changing.

Durch Arthrose im ISG hatte ich starke Schmerzen bei Belastung am Schambein bds.Nach Anlegen des Gurtes waren die Schmerzen beim Gehen schon fast weg. Ich trage den Gurt den ganzen Tag, direkt auf der Haut. Er ist angenehm und er verrutscht auch nicht nach oben. Sogar mit enger Jeans und einem weiteren Shirt drüber fällt es optisch überhaupt nicht auf! Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und unkompliziert! Ich kann diesen Gurt nur empfehlen ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ich hatte seit Anfang des Jahres Kreuzachmerzen. Mein Orthopäde hat mich niche ernst genommen und beleidigt. Da habe ich in meiner Verzweiflung diesen Gürtel gekauft, da ich vor Schmerzen nicht einmal mehr schlafen konnte.Ich trage den Gürtel jetzt seit September regelmäßig und es zwackt nur noch stellenweise.Am Anfang habe ich die ersten 3 Wochen den Gurt 24 Std getragen und das Ergebnis war enorm! Jetzt trage ich den Gurt jeden zweiten Tag (24 Std lang) und bin sogut wir geheilt.Der Gurt ist angenehm direkt auf der Haut zu tragen. Mann schwitzt nicht unkontrolliert da runter und die Haut wird auch nicht weiß und schrumpelig. Ich trage ihn direkt auf der Haut, dann muß ich ihn nicht jedesmal ab machen, wenn ich aufs Klo muß. Außerdem bleibe er dann auch wo er hin soll. Über den Klamotten bewegt er sich doch etwas mit und man muß ihn öfters richten.Klare Kaufempfehlung, da er für den Preis auch nicht zu teuer ist. Gibt auch hochwertigere Gurte, die dann eben 100€ teurer sind. Zum Ausprobieren reicht der auf alle Fälle ...

I ordered this belt and received it last week. I've been wearing for a week and I have to say it works like a charm! I've been seeing a chiropractor for over 3 years due to a SI pain which hasn't helped much. Out of desperation I ordered this belt and it's a miracle how much better I feel. I now walk without dragging the leg on the affected side, I sleep better, and am pretty much pain free. Why oh why did my chiropractor not suggest this belt? You can bet I'll be talking to him about this next visit....I am a chubby lady with a bit of a tummy and if I don't get the belt on just right it rolls down or rolls up but other than that, not a problem....I Highly, Highly, Highly recommend this belt. It's high quality, easy to put on and easy to wash. One suggestion, do not wear it on bare skin for an extended length of time because it will irritate you. I would suggest to wear it over a Tishirt or tanktop, then put on your underwear, otherwise every time you need to visit the powder room, you'll be taking the belt off and putting it back on...however wearing it over Tshirt could cause it to ride up if the Tshirt pulls when you sit down....Trial and error will show you what works best for you...Anyway, do not hesitate to purchase this belt if you need it, you'll be happy you did..... PS I gave this item a 5 star rating because the rolling/riding issue is with me and not the belt....Enjoy being pain free!!

I purchased this over a week ago and have worn this since. Back pain has vanished . It really helps my pelvis stay in the correct position. Highly recommend
