Have had a bad cold with lots of coughing which has left me with some bladder leakage.

Only for Light Leaks
Had a vaccine injury stroke. These are comfortable and stylish, not bulky at all. Not very much absorbency though. If you are looking for something that holds a real accident, these will leak. Use them when you know that you're always going to be near a restroom.
