Great Cornflour
This product is excellent and work well with any kind of foods that it becomes thick, like homemade custard, curry sauce, etc. And it can be used for making cake, sweet food, juice, etc.No smell or bitter.Remember the important ratio - water/drink liquid and cornflour when it becomes thick. You can add one of binding ingredient to make further thick: use potato starch, agar gum, etc.

Yummy and looks fab!!
Thank you for sending this onto us, it is super for coating our preboiled vegetables. I boil; sweet potato and parsnip chunky chips for 3 minutes. I then cool them down, before tossing in oil and then in this lovely corn meal. I them pop them in the oven to cook, turning them to make them toasty. It stops then sticking together and helps dry roasted root vegetables out.

Maize Flour?
More akin to cornstarch. Partly my fault, I should've looked at the nutritional info but title is misleading.
