Failure
6 January 2023I have got a Hum, Kivo and Kivo easy now. All are very good. It would be very much appreciated if they got back wheel shock absorber. The seat and seat support are a little bit hard. Overall good purchase.Update on 4/5/23Kivo Easy battery failed. It is self discharging. Only 5 Km range. After repeated requests, they are not responding.Only 1000 km total. Don't go for it.Update on 11/11/24HUM controller failed and I have to pedal for 5 Km to reach my home. It is around 4500 Kms. Please watch before buying. Total 4500 Km for Rs. 38753/- A little bit expensive. Rs.8.60 per Km.I could have used a car !!!

think before you buy
battery of the cycle from purchase, company will say range is 45km.after 6 months it will be decreasing.after one year range will come from 45km to 15km only.

It's a good decent buy
Bicycle itself is pretty good ....decent buy...I got kivo easy from dealer with 45 km range at 36000 with gps ....Speed is max of 26. ... could have been 30.. Cycle has very good comfort but handle bar could have been closer .... It's been a month and it's performing decently...Need to check if it can withstand rainy season
