Great noodle replacement
I like this a lot, it's not pasta so don't expect it to be, it's a vegetable and fairly tasteless as rice and pasta are, you add it to a tasty sauce and it is a fab very healthy carb replacement just a little bit pricey

Its not pasta but a great substitute for it cause I love hearts of palm so I have nothing to complain

Do not buy this product
This product is just julienne hearts of palm. It has no resemblance to linguine or any pasta.

Bad
When u open the package , it stinks . Then when u rinse and make them in boiling water like the instructions say, they taste like nothing, have a crunchy texture, and smell awful. They also make your stomach hurt. Don’t trust the other reviews !
