The ring keeps coming off
About the 3rd one we’ve bought. The ring keeps breaking so we use the handle to hook it so it doesn’t swing around when it’s not in use.

DIDN'T LAST EVEN A MONTH
THIS IS FOR THE DINER WHERE I WORK AND IT DIDN'T LAST EVEN ONE MONTH. THE WATER PRESSURE IS FINE, CHECKED THAT. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO WITHSTAND USE. LAST ONE BOUGHT LASTED ABOUT A YEAR AT LEAST. I BOUGHT IT FOR MY BOSS AND FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT THAT IT'S NOT WORKING RIGHT NOW AND IS AWFUL TO WORK WITH. 1ST AND 2ND SHIFTS, 1ST IS BUSY, BUT NO REASON FOR IT TO DO THIS. A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT AND I'M EMBARRASSED THAT I BOUGHT IT. DID MY BOSS "GET WHAT HE PAID FOR"?? PRETTY MUCH A JUNK ONE, SORRY, BUT IT'S NOT LIKE A HOME MODEL.

We ordered the same one twice in three months. Both have broken. They don't hold up
This does not hold up. We bought two in a 3 month period and both of them are broken. Not worth the money. Spend a little more and get something that will work.

I am very pleased with the appearance of the black commerical sink faucet and quality. Love the hot and cold color disks on top of handles. It fit perfectly, just make sure your sink has 8-inch connections and it will be ready to go.
