Super easy and fun as toy for kids
I bought them without any Holi.Easiest to fill water .. entire bunch gets filled one go.Once filled you gently keep pulling them down in a bowl .We had put it in tub for kids to play.. they loved it and enjoyed playing with them.

The balloons are too thin to hold water for even some time. One needs to throw them with water in it. Many of the balloons broke while loading.
