Trying it is a must!
This supplement most definitely increased the volume, I’m not 100% sure about count but I’m glad I found this supplement. Especially good to use bacteria when/after taking antibiotics. Worth trying.

Just buy some Yakult
I really think this was a waste of money. I felt no different and I’m not pregnant. I think this is just a way of getting money out of women who are already in a vulnerable state. I’m now just drinking a yakult every day as it’s less expensive and probably does the same thing.

Vegan supplement
You are getting 34 capsules in this container. The recommended daily serving as one capsule so they will last you just over a month. I appreciate the care and attention taken to the capsules and the fact they are vegan and don’t have any allergens in them. They are a typical size and easy enough to swallow and it does point out you can open and sprinkle them - Handy if you are someone who is uneasy at taking supplements and a cut short form. They are perhaps not the most cheapest supplement but the ingredients are quality. You also get along expiry date of well over a year from the time of ordering.

Extremely expensive, small supply, utterly unknown efficacy
How to review these? There is no way to test them - there is no way to know whether these pills would cause someone to conceive, or just be correlated with conception that would have happened anyway, and so there is no way of knowing whether the high price tag is in any way justified. On this basis, I can only review them on the (low) quantity and (high) price tag, both of which put me off.

Worth a try?
As you would expect if you’ve tried vitamins or supplements from the Zita West range before, these capsules are a quality, premium product. They have no taste and are quite small and easy to swallow. There’s just over a month’s supply in each bottle, but that works out at 87p per day at the current price. Bear in mind that this is not a pre-natal vitamin - it doesn’t include folic acid, for example, so you will need to take another vitamin or supplement as well as this.It is very hard to measure the efficacy of this supplement. It claims to “support female fertility”, which it probably does, by helping keeping everything balanced, but I haven’t felt any different (or conceived)!I think everyone needs to find the balance of what supports them with their journey trying to conceive, and if you can afford this and it makes you feel better then maybe it’s worth a shot. I think for me a balanced diet and good preconception vitamin is probably the best.

Hard to say whether this works or not but worth a go
These come in an easy to swallow capsule format and you take one-a-day, giving you 3-weeks supply. Making then about £1.64 each, which is not cheap.I think with any supplement or Vitamin, it is really quite hard to determine whether there is any real benefit, unless you undergo some medical tests. This supplement is supposed to help with the movement of sperm.I have got about half-way through these now and there may have been a small increase in volume, but it is hard to tell. I take the view that anything that potentially helps to improve the quality of things down there, cannot be a bad thing and it is a natural way using bacteriaI hope you found this review & photos interesting, informative, and useful. Thanks for reading.NB. For a sizing guide, squares in photos are 1cm.
