No more carrying heavy boards!
The media could not be loaded. I bought two of these carts. One as a Christmas gift and one for myself. I had a chance to use mine for the first time last week. It exceeded my expectations. The cart was pretty much assembled when it arrived in the mail. All I had to do was click two parts together and add linch pins. Then it was ready to go.I tried it out in the parking lot. I just lifted the board up with one hand and slid the cart on with the other. For reference, my board is an 11-foot inflatable Body Glove Performer model and it fit with no issues at all. I walked the board around; forwards, backwards, over a speed bump, fast, slow, whatever. Super secure. My only concern, and it is a mild one, is the D-Ring attachment extends beyond the padding, potentially causing damage to the board. But it's easily remedied with thoughtful positioning of the securing foam pads.On to the real test, taking the board to the water for the first time. To get to the beach I had to take it over a paved parking lot, a gravel path, grass, and finally sand. It worked like a champ. I was so pleased with how well the cart worked, I took a picture, and a short video. You can see the board did exactly what it was designed to do, easily transport your board across a variety of surfaces without the hassle of straps or cords. Great purchase!Edit: After using this all Summer I came up with an even easier way to use the cart. Slide the cart on the front of the board and push the cart instead of pulling it! The higher I lifted it, the easier it became to move and steer. Significantly easier and it was already pretty easy!Note: It did not come with a lock to fasten it to a structure despite it being shown in one of the promotional videos. So I used a lock that I already had at home. Just a minor thing.

Best we have used.
These are the best paddleboard transporting dolly we have used on our hilly water access- Easy to assemble and use. Very stable- Get some good handles for use on paddle boards.

Size Does Matter
Overall Pros:This SUP hauler is a great idea, easy to assemble, quick & easy to slip on to your SUP, & seems durable the first couple of uses.CONS:Not the best on the thick sandy areas of beaches prior to "rolling" down to the beach surf area...inflatable wheels, if offered as an option, would be ideal/preferred for beach trips. Also, with my 13.5 feet long, relatively wide SUP, it would be nice if this product had an adjustable width, to allow this product to slide further up the SUP to have better weight distribution to haul other items you may want/need for your destination, such as a couple of beach chairs, sun shade/tent, cooler, etc, by strapping those extra items to your SUP. Being this product "sits/lives" near the "back" of your SUP, the weight of any items you're hauling isn't distrubted/balanced in such a way that makes easy to multitask.Again, for long/wide SUPs, I'd prefer this product have an adjustable width to allow distributing the weight.

Fantastic Design
These wheels were very easy to assemble and only 5lbs. I love the elegant design and that I can place it on the SUP upsidedown when I am on the water so I dont need to leave it hidden somewhere on shore! I have seen wheels stolen if left on shore. My rig was admired by several kayakers/paddlers as I was exiting the river with such ease as to only slip on the wheels and roll away! The price is so worth it! Elegant design - highly recommend.

Perfect!
I have a serious back injury and can’t lift my paddleboard at all (only 22lb inflatable) so my friends take it out of my car, take it to the water, put it back in my car.. But this cart was amazing today. I just slid it under the paddle board and rolled to the water. So at least my friends don’t have to carry it. And they asked me to send them the link so they can buy one.

Used, very good condition, but missing a crucial part
Bought this as a Used item. However, Amazon stated that was in Very Good or Like New condition. It is missing a crucial double threaded screw that I am unlikely to find at a local hardware store or at a large chain home store. Provided the manufacturer won't supply the missing screw, I'll have to return it. Planned to take it to the beach, but was afraid it might fall apart. Once nice thing is that it is flat, so that it can handle any width of a paddleboard. And I may be able to use it to carry a planing hull surf kayak, also.

Excellent Customer Support
I love this SUP cart. Could not be happier with how simple this design is. The weight of the board on top of the wheels just works even when I load up the top of the board with the rest of my gear. It rolls over sandy lake shore easily, takes corners and turns smoothly. While out paddling, I lock it to a pole cemented into the ground. In the second pic, see the pin (like a D ring)? Well the hole that pin should push through was not quite large enough. The designer of the product included his phone number so I gave him a call. He was in the middle of dinner with family and he still took time to listen to the issue, review pictures I sent, AND walked me through the steps to fitting the pin in the hole. In fact, I had to interrupt his dinner with a couple more text before my issue was resolved. He did say this "flaw" would be addressed, and should not be an issue in the future. I am very happy I bought this little cart, so easy to carry my board now.
