FILY S1PRO Smart Window Cleaner, 5000PA Suction - Indoor/Outdoor High Windows & Tiles, One Key Start, Remote Control

Bought one year ago. I used it on my bid windows it is a wall of 5x7 windows and it cleaned the insides wonderfully. I then took it outside…it cleaned them but it acted a slight ir radical. 6 months later 2nd time I used it inside I had additional issues with it not following the path rhat it was suppose to and it would just stop for no reason. This is 3rd time I have used it and would go to right side of the window and stop when I would restart it would just stay on right half of window and never go to the left side. I have tried everything I know to do. It also gives some type of message. There are no messages in the book and I cannot find anything on line about these messages. It sounds like it is saying something is disconnected.I cannot get seller to answer my messages through Amazon. I guess total waste of money.

I have mixed feelings about this gadget: for those huge windowed apartments/houses it is definitely helpful. It does a decent job of cleaning the windows provided they are fairly clean already. It does take ‘forever’ to clean a window pane, but, if you’re a gadget guy like myself and have nothing else better to do, you’ll enjoy the process of supervising the cleaning effectiveness, meaning, you might reposition the robot to re-do the window if stains still present, but, in the end, supervising is still better and easier than doing the actual work.And the robot does work hard, the suction is solid, the spray is efficient and the rotating pads do the job - the caveat: if the windows are fairly clean.The most useful use of the robot is cleaning the areas not easily accessible or awkward to reach…there it shines!Otherwise, it does smear, and you need to repeat the process or lend a helping hand, so to speak. Overall, given the price, it is a good and effective alternative to a cleaning lady.

When I used it, sometimes it only washed half of the window, but I tried to think positively. But later it just broke down for no reason. I didn't drop it. And also on the discs on which the rags are put on, the holders quickly break off, apparently because they are plastic. It is very sad that the robot has served so little time.

**** update 3/9/2023 *****The company did reach out to me trying to make things right. However I've already returned the product. So I am adding 1 more star to my original rating for customer care from this company. Even thou the robot didn't meet my expectations, looks like FILY won't leave you hanging.original rating was 2 stars, now 3 stars.________________________________________________________Like another person mentioned that the robot is kinda buggy, meaning it doesn’t do exactly what you command it. You push the up button and the robot will go up 2 inches and start coming back down again, you push another time and it’ll keep doing same thing. This thing is more of a gimmick than anything else. Here are my negative reasons:1) You have to carry a towel with you to wipe around where you lift the robot off the window because it leaves circle marks from the cleaning solution. Plus because of round shaped blades, it can’t clean the corners of your window, so you manually have to wipe those corners as well.2) The robot takes a very long time to clean a panel of glass. You’ll see it in the video when I upload it thru my phone. It took around 5 mins to finish one window, and since I had to wipe the circle spot with the towel anyways, I ended up wiping the whole window again in less than 30 sec.3) The robot doesn’t do very well on anything other than square/rectangular windows. I have a half circle window and it keep wanting to stop thinking it’s done.4) Because the robot is suctioning all the time, I would not use it on any windows with the side that are tinted.5) The safety tether rope was hindering the robot from going upward, it did a lot better going upward after I took that extra weight (tether rope) off. But commands were still buggy at times.6) The length of the cord is only 11 ft long (from the cable box). So unless you only want to clean just the bottom of your second story windows, it’s not long enough to reach the top of second story windowsAll in all I say it’s a pass for me, unless you have money to burn on a gadget to show off. It’ll take you more than 10x longer to clean your window than a rag on a stick. Just my 2 cents.

This robotic window cleaner is very nice and easy to use, it can rotate 360°on the surface of the window. I tried on big glass window and it was fun watching the cleaner doing its job. The window looks super clean now. I'm very happy with this purchase. I can say that this robot is absolutely worth it.

This device doesn’t work as intended. The idea was great: the robot cleaned the first side of the window, not perfectly but it saved human time. Though it didn’t clean all the corners and small spots were skipped. Then I tried to clean the second side of the window and the device was stuck on its half-way. The manufacture sent me the instructions, I tried them all and nothing helped, so, I had to return this cleaner. Manual mode on the remote controller seems to be working, but this is what I’m going to do last: I need a device that will be cleaning windows without my supervision, so, not sure if this manual controller makes any sense.

It kinda works as long as it has a defined border. I tried to use it on the bathroom mirror where it doesn't have a clear border the whole thing falls right off. It's a fun toy and fun to watch.
