The first set of inks would not work due to HP blocking them with the last update. I contacted Smart Ink and they were very good at answering the phone and when explained the problem they sent me another set of inks and they worked perfectly

The ink cartridges didn’t function however smart ink replaced instantly

When I got these I did not read the instructions, normal. They did not work, then I read the instructions, and now they do. There is a moral there somewhere?

Easy to install. Will work seamlessly only if the printer has not had its firmware updated to exclude non-proprietary ink

I've been using this company for 3 years and a through a couple of HP printers. I found them to be extremely helpful and very reliable in delivery and especially when dealing with service support arranging overnight replacements when encountering endless HP firmware issues - such as latest problems this week. Very happy with my quick response . And the issue solved very quickly. Although the inks still didn't work after a little process . A replacement was sent straight away. I have had many inks from .Smart Ink. These were the very first I had an issue with.

I have not used my printer that much and over 2 years ago I purchased a set of cartridges and used some. On Friday I had to replace another and it failed due to the firmware update. I emailed to see if I could order a new one, they sent me a new one express delivery which arrived 24 hours later, all FOC.That is pretty good service, particularly when the printer manufacturers are trying to force users to buy their own cartridges.Well done guys.

yellow doesnt communicate with the printer and black keeps jumping out. do not buy
